Welcome to GetViral. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our lead generation, content creation, ad management, and digital automation services.
1. Who We Work With
GetViral offers services to businesses, brands, and entrepreneurs seeking media production, online marketing, CRM systems, and client acquisition tools. By using our services, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
2. Services We Provide
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Lead generation and ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Custom video/photo content for marketing
CRM setup and automation (email/SMS drip campaigns, funnels, etc.)
Website landing pages and conversion tools
Paid consultation or done-for-you packages
We do not sell fake likes, followers, or engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
To work effectively, clients must:
Provide accurate business information and brand assets
Approve or review content in a timely manner
Follow platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)
Maintain access credentials to any integrated platforms (CRMs, ad accounts, etc.)
We are not responsible for campaign results if you delay access, fail to follow up with leads, or violate ad platform terms.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
All services are billed either as one-time packages or monthly subscriptions.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly plans may auto-renew unless canceled in writing 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for work already completed or digital assets delivered.
5. Cancellations & Pauses
To pause or cancel a service:
Notify us at info@getviral.us
For subscriptions, allow 7 days’ notice before the next billing date
Canceling may result in the removal of automation access, CRM features, or active campaigns
6. Ownership of Work
You own any custom content (videos, graphics, funnels) created specifically for your business after full payment is received.
We retain rights to reuse or repurpose general templates, processes, or system automations.
7. Privacy & Data Security
We take data privacy seriously. All client information, including leads, content, and platform credentials, is kept confidential and stored securely. View our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific results, ROI, or sales outcomes. Digital marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control (industry trends, budget, client response time, platform algorithm changes, etc.).
GetViral is not liable for:
Loss of business or income
Platform bans or ad disapprovals
Errors caused by third-party services or client-side misconfigurations
9. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version will always be available at getviral.us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes must be filed in San Diego County, California.
